Contribute to innovation in production and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and technological alignment with organizational objectives Responsibilities and Duties * Implement complex functionalities in legacy systems, the company's technologies, and the TOTVS Protheus ERP. * Perform integrations among systems used by the company. * Propose new technology solutions for production and administrative processes. * Suggest new technologies applicable to IT department processes. * Collaborate on development projects and continuous improvement of existing solutions. * Contribute to the development of new functionalities, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices. * Assess whether activities comply with information security policies. * Support project planning and conduct code reviews for junior developers. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Federal Inspection requirements, and internal quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
