Job Summary:
Performs electromechanical and refrigeration services, with a focus on safe operation and maintenance of ammonia systems, monitoring activities and conducting inspections.
Key Highlights:
1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems
2. Monitoring activities via maintenance management software
3. Performing welding services and maintenance of various equipment
Perform electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system (electromechanical) services and minor repairs to support civil engineering areas;
Ensure the entire ammonia refrigeration system remains fully operational and safe (food-grade refrigeration).
Work in compliance with regulatory standards, technical and quality procedures, workplace environmental conservation, PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), hygiene, health, environmental preservation, and proper handling and storage of tools and equipment (5S);
Monitor activities using Maintenance Management/Supervisory Software and generate Work Orders (creation, closure, and SLA compliance);
Operate distribution networks and lines (disconnectors, transformers, generators, and low-voltage switchgear) – 13.8 kV;
Conduct inspections/checklists and maintenance on process equipment: evaporators, condensers, motors and exhaust fans, compressors (Maycom and others), freezer and cooler room doors, filters, liquid separators (RI), ammonia tanks (reservoirs), ammonia pumps, purgers, piping, valve/registry supports, manual and automatic defrosting of cold rooms, temperature measurement and adjustment of cold rooms, evaporative condensers, and others;
Maintain drinking fountains, split air conditioners, ACJs, refrigerators, and fans;
Perform general welding services, adhering to instructions and Welding Inspection Execution Instructions (IEIS);

Compensation: R$2.400,00 - R$2.500,00 per month
