Monitor construction quality and safety standards Description: * Preferred: minimum 3 years of experience; * Good interpersonal skills; * Knowledge of structural masonry construction. * Analyze and discuss with superiors the technical details and instructions of the project to be executed; * Guide and monitor schedule execution; * Interpret project drawings, reports, construction records, and work orders; * Participate in the setup of the construction site, defining physical locations according to the project, forming teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring their completion; control material inventory as well as waste and scrap, and equipment required for the work; * Monitor construction quality standards, verify specifications of materials used on-site as well as storage conditions; * Monitor work progress, resolve issues, redistribute tasks, reassign teams, and control work quality; * Request purchase of materials and equipment necessary for service execution; * Assist in preparing manuals, reports, and schedules during construction; * Participate in training programs when summoned; * Ensure maintenance, cleaning, preservation, custody, and control of all materials, instruments, equipment, and the workplace.
