Responsibilities: * Lead, inspire, and motivate your development team to build the market’s best benefits platform; * Lead application delivery ensuring security, resilience, scalability, and quality; * Improve work processes to increase productivity and efficiency; * Collaborate and align the company’s product/tech strategy with teams and departments; * Propose and collaborate on product and technology evolution decisions; * Build and maintain success metrics for the tribe/squads; * Actively participate in the growth of our people; * Attract, retain, and recognize talent; * Strengthen the tech/product/design culture in day-to-day operations; * Oversee end-to-end solution delivery and understand interdependencies with other areas; * Provide support and expertise in a complex, hybrid infrastructure environment (cloud and on-premises); Requirements: * +3 years leading software engineering teams; * +5 years working in software development; * +5 years of experience leading cloud applications, architecture, front-end and back-end; * Knowledge of DevOps; * Experience and knowledge in software engineering and application development for technical discussions; * Solid technical proficiency and understanding of software engineering standards; * Understanding of scalable, highly available, resilient, and secure solution patterns; * Proficiency in engineering, efficiency, product, and UX metrics; * Knowledge of Extreme Programming, Lean, and Kanban; * Deep understanding of DevOps culture and practices.
