




Job Summary: A Training and Development (T&D) professional responsible for identifying needs, planning and delivering training, managing learning platforms, and promoting the development of employees and leaders. Key Highlights: 1. Identify skill gaps and plan training programs 2. Develop content, deliver training sessions, and manage vendors 3. Administer learning paths and support performance evaluations Gather training needs from managers and departments across the company, identifying technical and behavioral skill gaps; Plan, organize, and execute the annual internal and external training calendar; Develop content, instructional materials, and presentations for training initiatives; Conduct in-person and online training focused on employee development; Handle vendor and consulting firm procurement and management for training services; Monitor new employee onboarding programs; Implement and administer learning paths and Individual Development Plans (IDPs); Support performance evaluation and succession planning processes by proposing development actions; Track departmental metrics (training hours, effectiveness, costs, participation, ROI); Apply and analyze participant reaction and training effectiveness evaluations; Manage the Learning Management System (LMS)/e-learning platform and training records; Prepare management reports and present results to leadership; Promote organizational climate initiatives, workshops, and leadership development programs; Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to T\&D; Support HR strategic campaigns and projects. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
