Accessing utility providers’ websites to download invoices. Classifying and verifying manually registered utility bills. Entering information into the financial system (Protheus). Ensuring invoices are available for the Accounts Payable process. Assisting the finance team in monitoring due dates and quantities of invoices. Previous roles such as Accounting Assistant, Junior Financial Analyst, Treasury Assistant, or Finance Intern may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
