Administration of the scholarship program Description: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration; * Knowledge of standard training procedures is required; * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Conduct needs assessments for employee training and development, analyze actual requirements, and propose specific training initiatives to control expenditures on training not aligned with institutional goals; * Support institutional units in internal training programs by arranging registrations, notifications, venues, instructors, and supporting materials; * Deliver and conduct training sessions to reach a larger number of employees and reduce training costs; * Evaluate training outcomes and application together with requestors to measure effectiveness and learning application; * Conduct onboarding for new employees and refresher training for existing staff, clarifying institutional policies, HR policies, mission, vision, and values so that employees understand their rights and responsibilities; * Administer the existing scholarship program, monitoring paid monthly installments, employee attendance, and academic performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms; * Perform other duties relevant to this position. 2512250202491906963
