On a daily basis, this professional serves as strategic support for operations, ensuring organization, control, and reliability of administrative and financial information, contributing to decision-making and business sustainability. Human Resources (Operational HR) Management * Documentation Control: Organize, archive, and maintain up-to-date employee documentation (hiring, termination, vacation, etc.). * Attendance and Benefits Management: Manage and verify electronic timekeeping records; assist in administration and distribution of benefits. * Support to Payroll and HR: Act as the communication link between local operations and centralized Payroll Department, supporting all related processes. Conduct onboarding for new employees and replicate training sessions. Financial and Accounting Processes * Account Control: Manage and record accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance and adherence to payment deadlines. * Operational Cash Flow: Assist in verifying daily cash movements and preparing basic financial flow reports for management. * Invoice Entry: Enter and organize fiscal invoices and related tax documents into the system. Inventory and Internal Logistics Control * Inventory and Accuracy: Coordinate and conduct cyclic counts and physical inventory checks, ensuring data accuracy within the system. * Material Inbound and Outbound: Manage material receipt and dispatch, ensuring accurate system recording of inbound and outbound transactions. * Storage Organization: Ensure physical organization and traceability of inventory, following company safety and storage standards.
