Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage technology projects from initiation to delivery, meeting schedule, budget, and expected quality standards; * Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals; * Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies; * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and other departments to understand requirements and deliver value-added solutions; * Apply hybrid project governance methodologies (agile or traditional), adapting approaches to project needs; * Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; * Manage budgets by tracking and reporting cost evolution for projects under your responsibility; * Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, plans, and status reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields; * Fluent English (verbal and written communication); * Intermediate Spanish (conversational); * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; * Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills; * Proven experience managing technology projects (minimum 5 years); * Project management certification such as PMP, PM3, CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, OKR Champion (or equivalent); * Prior experience as a Project Manager in insurance companies; * Strong understanding of business and product vision, with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; * Experience working as a Product Owner; * Knowledge of products in the insurance market; * Experience in UX and familiarity with Power BI; * Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; * Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams in dynamic environments.
