




We are seeking a professional in the area of Building Maintenance to work with us at a residential condominium. Among the main responsibilities are: * Conduct **daily inspections** of the condominium/building’s common areas. * Supervise and oversee **preventive and corrective maintenance** services. * Control access for **service providers** and accompany technical visits. * Monitor the operation of systems such as **pumps, gates, lighting, and elevators**, and report any irregularities. * Organize and guide the work of the **cleaning, security, and maintenance** teams (where applicable). * Ensure the **preservation of common areas**, verifying cleanliness, organization, and minor repairs. * Perform minor repairs, such as **replacing light bulbs, lubrication, and simple adjustments**. * Record incidents and report them to the **condominium manager (syndic)** or management. * Ensure compliance with the condominium’s **internal regulations**. * Assist residents and visitors with **courtesy** and provide operational support. * Manage supplies and request **replenishment of consumables** as needed. * Supervise waste disposal and the **organization of collection areas**.
