Must be responsible and punctual; prior experience with school monitoring routines is preferred. Must be able to work effectively in teams and accept guidance, always striving for the best outcomes for students and the school as a whole. Must be courteous and respectful when communicating with students. Must have the ability to memorize students' faces and names. Must possess strong communication skills, be proactive, and highly dynamic. Must be available on Saturdays to participate in school events. **Residence preference:** Diadema (preferred), ABC region, or nearby areas.
