RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Responsible for patient reception; Follow established scripts to ensure standardized and effective service; Receive, welcome, and understand patients’ and physicians’ needs; Accurately and systematically perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, and sector cash control; Monitor operational indicators to ensure achievement of targets and continuous service improvement. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed High School education; Experience in healthcare customer service; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
