Description

The company is seeking an Access Controller professional in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Management and development of the active client portfolio, with a focus on retention and loyalty. Consultative and strategic post-sales engagement, ensuring excellence in the customer experience. Identification of upsell, cross-sell, and contractual expansion opportunities. Proactive prospecting and acquisition of new clients (hunter), expanding the business base. Conducting periodic meetings (online and in-person). Acting as the interface between clients and internal departments (Recruitment, HR, and Operations). Monitoring contracts, SLAs, and performance indicators. Conflict management and operational negotiations. Preventive actions to reduce churn and strengthen relationships. Previous experience as a Security Agent, Access Supervisor, Entrance Monitor, or Entrance Controller may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
