You will apply broad knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices to effectively address diverse security challenges. **Project Responsibilities** * Execute AS-IS assessment of Cyber capabilities per international unit. * Conduct gap analysis of controls, processes, and tools. * Define security recommendations: processes, architecture, controls, automation. * Support design of Target State in Cyber (SecOps, IAM, Cloud, AppSec, Data Security). * Develop action plan and prioritization. * Collaborate with teams across international units. **Job Requirements** * 5–12 years in Cybersecurity. * Experience in assessment, gap analysis, target state definition, and recommendations. * Experience in complex corporate environments (financial sector preferred). * Experience working with international teams. * Advanced English proficiency. **Technical Knowledge** * SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR. * Vulnerability & Threat Management. * IAM / PAM / Zero Trust. * Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP). * AppSec / DevSecOps (SAST/DAST/SCA). * Data Security / DLP / encryption. * ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, LGPD. **Desirable Certifications** * CISM or CISSP. * ISO 27001 LI/LA. * CCSP or cloud security certifications. * Security+, CRISC, CISA (preferred).
