In this role, you will have the opportunity to organize, plan, and execute activities related to coffee export shipments via road and maritime transportation modes, collaborating with logistics operators, transport companies, maritime agents, sales agents (representatives), and internal company departments to ensure deliveries meet agreed timelines and volumes at the lowest possible cost. *MAKE IT REAL* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and plan the export order portfolio according to requirements, specifications, delivery dates, region, transportation mode, product availability, etc.; * Monitor scheduling in real time with involved agents to prevent errors and delays, acting swiftly to resolve issues and minimize impacts; * Monitor processes with customs brokers both during document review, MAPA filing, and physical inspection of goods to ensure information accuracy and reduce customs clearance lead times; * Manage area-related requests, acting as customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and providing planning, customs clearance, and documentation information to customers/suppliers of shipments; * Perform operational tasks related to updating information in systems, planning, customs clearance, and documentation for export shipments; * Control return operations for orders rejected by customers, as well as control associated costs; * Maintain area indicators and reports up to date to monitor performance of executed activities; * Ensure area activities are performed in accordance with established procedures/SOPs and targets, thereby contributing to departmental results; * Strictly adhere to company quality, safety, health, and environmental standards, in line with commitment to the Integrated Management Policy and the company Code of Conduct, as well as its Values and Principles. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or Logistics; * Advanced English (will be tested); * Knowledge of Logistics Operations and International Trade applied to the grain market, especially coffee; * Customs legislation and import/export processes; * Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills (data analysis, dashboards, data processing); * Soft skills: Clear communication, organization and time management, interpersonal relationship and collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, ethics and transparency. **Additional Information** **WE VALUE DIVERSITY AND TALENT!** We do not discriminate among candidates based on gender, age, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, origin, or any type of disability.
