Support to the executive board in decision-making and continuous HR improvement An industrial machinery supplier is seeking a Human Resources Manager in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Coordination of Personnel Department activities, with emphasis on payroll, labor charges, ancillary obligations, and eSocial. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, adopting a proactive and strategic approach to labor risk management. Manage and monitor hiring, termination, benefits, timekeeping, and other labor-related routines. Direct interaction with managers and the executive board, providing support in decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes. Previous experience as HR Director, HR Coordinator, HR Supervisor, or Talent Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
