### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Cleaning and maintenance of premises:** * Clean and tidy the entire location in its smallest details: windows, glass panels, doors, floors, blinds, doormats, elevators, drinking fountains, and furniture in kitchens, service areas, garages, yards, warehouses, offices, locker rooms, and other internal and external areas of the factory, company, or condominium, according to predetermined instructions agreed upon with the procedure. * Supply and replenish hygiene materials in the areas; * Remove and collect garbage; * Maintain hygiene and cleaning routines for workplace preservation, focusing on keeping it clean. **Preparation and organization of tasks:** * Prepare necessary materials for assigned daily tasks at the beginning of the workday; * Perform proper dilution of cleaning products in sufficient quantity for the day, when necessary; * Keep the cleaning supplies storage area always clean, organized, ventilated, and free of personal items; * Follow the proposed activity schedule and task frequency, ensuring service effectiveness and customer satisfaction; * Organize consumable materials, functional carts, and cloths at the end of the workday to facilitate the next day's routine. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance; * Meal voucher; * Transportation voucher. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT #### **Dear candidate, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your application data and information will be shared with Talentbrand and made available to the hiring company.**
