The professional will be responsible for handling purchasing department demands, performing quotations, order tracking, supplier communication, and delivery monitoring. Additionally, they will provide support in general administrative activities, contributing to the smooth operation of internal processes. Responsibilities: \- Perform quotations, negotiations and issue purchase orders; \- Monitor delivery and receipt schedules of materials; \- Support invoice control and data entry into systems; \- Assist in general office administrative routines; \- Support other departments as needed; \- Ensure organization and updating of documents and spreadsheets. \- Fleet management \- Control and distribution of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Requirements: Prior experience in administrative and/or purchasing areas; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Good communication and organizational skills; Valid driver's license (active CNH); Knowledge in occupational safety will be considered a plus.
