Test Analyst

Description

**What we are looking for**: A professional to work as a Quality Analyst in a quality squad, focusing on QA process definition and test automation support, within a global corporate environment, hybrid model (3 days per week onsite in SP), and English-language interaction. **Responsibilities**: * Develop manual and automated tests for desktop and web applications; * Collaborate with the team to define test plans, design test scenarios, and execute tests; * Develop and apply quality metrics to ensure visibility and continuous improvement of test maturity; * Support the rollout and monitoring of the QA Chapter, promoting best practices and standardization; **Requirements and Qualifications**: * Solid QA experience with desktop/web test automation using Java or JavaScript; * Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress; * Experience in API test automation; * Knowledge of test lifecycle management tools (ALM); * Experience executing automations within CI/CD pipelines; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking; * Analytical capability to create and monitor quality metrics; * Ability to document and organize processes and materials; * Strong communication skills and collaborative engagement across different areas; * Proactive, responsible, and resilient profile; **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience with TestComplete and its configuration; * Experience with Squash Test and its configuration; * Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab); * Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Zephyr, TestRail); * Knowledge of BDD, Cucumber, Containers, YAML, Node.js, JUnit; * Experience structuring QA Chapter processes; * Experience with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary squads; **Behavioral Profile**: ================================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in a team and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in handling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
