Oh — all our job openings are inclusive of persons with disabilities (PCDs). ? **What You’ll Drive With Us** We are looking for a **Senior Operations Manager** to transform the company’s strategy into consistent execution, ensuring efficiency, predictability, and a scalable, data-driven operation. ? **Your Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the Data Governance, Automation, and Resource Planning team. * Translate the CEO’s vision into clear operational goals and plans, with defined KPIs and cadences. * Ensure predictability by guaranteeing on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliveries. * Support the CEO with strategic analyses and risk and opportunity scenarios. * Provide data and insights to support high-impact decisions. * Structure, standardize, and optimize end-to-end processes, eliminating bottlenecks and increasing productivity. * Ensure corporate data governance: quality, security, integrations, architecture, and structuring. * Lead automation initiatives and operational efficiency efforts. * Ensure efficient allocation of resources, capacity, and revenue impact. * Support departments with accurate data, clear processes, and governance. * Define and monitor operational, financial, and productivity KPIs. ? **Mandatory Requirements** * Leadership experience. * Strong hands-on experience with KPIs, goals, cadences, and process governance. * A consistent track record in designing or improving processes. * Prior experience working with multidisciplinary teams and in complex environments. * Experience in Project Management. * **Nice-to-Haves** * Background in consulting firms, technology companies, or data-driven operations. ? **Expected Knowledge and Skills** * Basic understanding of data architecture. * Strong analytical ability, structured thinking, and capability to solve complex problems. * Organization, discipline, clear communication, and influence. * Ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Systems thinking, continuous improvement, and deadline-oriented execution.
