




Job Summary: The Pharmaceutical Supervisor / Responsible Technical Officer (RTO) ensures compliance with Good Practices and technical standards, guaranteeing the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. The **Pharmaceutical Supervisor / Responsible Technical Officer (RTO)** will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures carried out by the Distributor and Delivery operations comply with Good Practices and technical standards, thereby guaranteeing product quality and patient safety in accordance with current sanitary legislation, including regulations issued by the Federal Council of Pharmacy (CFF), Regional Councils of Pharmacy (CRF), and the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise all stages of distribution—from product receipt through to customer delivery—ensuring that the physicochemical, microbiological, and safety characteristics of medicines are maintained; * Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to pharmaceutical product distribution; * Ensure the distributor and delivery operations comply with applicable laws and regulations governing the pharmaceutical sector, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP); * Maintain appropriate records and documentation for the entire distribution process (GQ), including batch information, expiry dates, and storage conditions; * Supervise product receipt, storage, and dispatch, ensuring product quality and traceability; * Guide and train operational staff on relevant Good Practices, procedures, and technical standards applicable to their activities; * Provide technical support and product-related information to customers and colleagues; * Monitor changes in sector legislation and regulations, ensuring the company remains up-to-date and compliant; * Perform proper waste management—including segregation, storage, and appropriate disposal—according to applicable legislation; * Manage inventory (expiry control) and conduct stocktaking, ensuring a balance between demand and product availability while preventing losses; * Maintain organized and updated documentation for the distributor and delivery operations—including licenses, certificates, and quality records; * Manage the distribution process, ensuring products reach end recipients efficiently and safely, respecting established regulatory requirements and delivery deadlines; * Evaluate and qualify suppliers, customers, and service providers (e.g., transport companies; air conditioning maintenance and cleaning; pest control; equipment qualification; cleaning; waste disposal/incineration; PPRA/PCMSO/LTCAT), ensuring quality and safety across the entire distribution chain; * Maintain temperature and humidity monitoring records for areas storing products subject to sanitary control, as well as records of maintenance and calibration certification for monitoring instruments; * Record, investigate, and implement corrective and preventive actions for identified non-conformities (Customer Service Department - SAC). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Biochemistry. **Technical Knowledge** **Intermediate Level:** * Microsoft Office Suite. **Advanced Level:** * Sanitary legislation. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF); * Good Distribution, Storage, Dispatch, Control, and Quality Assurance Practices; Pharmaceutical Logistics. **Additional Information** 30 days of paid leave; Rede Mais Saúde platform + Telemedicine; Discount network platform with partners + cashback and medication subsidy linked to Rede Mais Saúde usage; Dental plan; Totalpass. #### **About ProGoods** ProGoods is the market leader in specialty medications in Brazil, with specialized expertise in chemotherapy drugs.
