Health and well\-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsTreated** **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Operate all machines utilizing diverse technologies; demonstrate mastery in performing setup, adjustments, and knowledge transfer; supply necessary materials; monitor production; ensure proper equipment operation; detect issues and collaborate with maintenance when required to support intervention and root cause analysis—thereby ensuring product manufacturing quality and line performance targets; * Be responsible for cleaning and operating the production line machines, equipment, and utensils during SETUP and operation phases; perform hygiene procedures on equipment, production machines, utensils, and the environment using specific cleaning agents; verify their integrity and working conditions; record verified items on the checklist form and complete the documentation to authorize line release, ensure adherence to the production plan, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Be responsible for inspecting products from the production lines at the beginning, during, and at the end of the production process; conduct physical tests; record relevant information to ensure product quality and forward samples to the Quality Control department for required analyses; * Be responsible for the production process, ensuring original conditions, physical attributes, and product quality; inspect for damages or modifications to guarantee the quality of each production phase meets required specifications; * Support validation testing and new product process development by producing pilot batches; monitor preventive maintenance on area equipment; execute tests on new materials and tooling; document all tests performed to maintain test history and reliability; * Provide support to your immediate supervisor regarding production scheduling control, document closure, and investigation of production deviations, when necessary; * Ensure accurate counting and reconciliation of production rejects generated during the manufacturing process; appropriately manage production rejects by completing all relevant documentation, transporting them to the production scrap area, and notifying cleaning personnel for appropriate action—to prevent mixing of approved products with rejected items; * Perform diverse production processes and detect issues requiring maintenance collaboration to support intervention and root cause analysis; fully handle production inputs according to manufacturing techniques to obtain bulk material for the next stage. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience with production line routines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable. **Additional Information** **\+ Additional Information** Work Location: Embu das Artes \- São Paulo Schedule: **Rotating shift 6x2/6x3 – 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:20 PM\)** **For Libbs Employees** * Applications accepted until **03/22/2026**; * Candidates possessing preferred qualifications may be prioritized for advancement to the next selection stage; * Simultaneous participation in multiple internal selection processes is not permitted. **Benefits for You!** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Libbs Medications \- 100%; * Pharmacy Benefit Plan – Vidalink; * PPR \- Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation allowance, or shuttle service (applicable only for shift-based roles); * Flexible benefits (life insurance, private pension, medical assistance, dental assistance, and food allowance).
