Knowledge of GKO and SQL, as well as the JDE ERP system, is considered a plus. CHECK BELOW THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION: Analyze logistics operations performance by monitoring operational and managerial KPIs to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement; Analyze operational incidents and occurrences by tracking KPIs and records to support prioritization and definition of corrective actions; Develop and refine KPIs to monitor logistics operations, tracking operational systems, scheduling, transfers, pickups, dispatches, and deliveries to proactively anticipate risks and prevent delays; Consolidate, organize, and validate operational databases through information standardization to ensure data reliability and consistency, and develop, update, and maintain managerial reports and KPIs using data analytics tools to support decision-making; Centralize and govern logistics databases, acting as the interface between Operations and Data Engineering; Conduct short- and medium-term operational planning by analyzing demand, capacity, and operational constraints to ensure alignment with installed operational capacity, including workforce, equipment, and vehicle sizing for receiving, storage, order picking, dispatch, pickup, transfer, and delivery.
