Health and well\-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsTreated** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) related to productive cleaning operations and waste management. * Structure and maintain databases, management reports, and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Query to support leadership decision-making. * Support the management of productive cleaning operations performed by in-house teams, monitoring performance indicators, productivity, and adherence to operational procedures. * Manage the area’s financial control, including expense tracking, OPEX and CAPEX control, budget variance analysis, and support for the area’s financial planning. * Support the management of third-party service contracts, including contractual measurements, evidence verification, billing follow-up, and deadline control. * Conduct structured analyses of operational deviations using methodologies such as PDCA, 5W2H, MAE, and root cause analysis, ensuring definition, tracking, and effectiveness of action plans. * Draft and review area procedures, workflows, and documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. * Support the area in internal, corporate, and regulatory audits, ensuring proper organization of evidence and documentary compliance. * Serve as the interface between Facilities, production areas, Quality, Procurement, and suppliers, ensuring alignment of operational demands. * Support projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering (Production, Environmental, Chemical, or related fields); * Experience in analytical and administrative routines for Facilities or operational services; * Experience managing or monitoring third-party service contracts; * Experience in controlling operational costs (OPEX) and budget analysis; * Experience analyzing operational indicators and preparing management reports; * Experience handling operational deviations and structuring action plans; * Experience in regulated environments or those requiring quality and compliance. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries; * Experience with productive cleaning operations or classified areas; * Experience in industrial, hospital, or chemical waste management; * Experience in internal or regulatory audit processes; * Experience in production support operations (utilities, sanitization, technical cleaning, etc.). **Additional information** **\+ Additional Information** Work Location (Base): Embu das Artes/SP Schedule: Monday to Friday – Flexible Hours (Entry between 7 a.m. – 9 a.m., departure between 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.) **For Libbs employees** * Applications accepted until **03/20/2026**; * Preferred qualifications may be prioritized during candidate selection for the next stage; * Simultaneous participation in different internal selection processes is not permitted. **Benefits for you!** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Libbs Medications \- 100%; * Pharmacy Benefit – Vidalink; * PPR \- Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation allowance, or shuttle service (applicable only for shift-based roles); * USE Program: subsidy for purchasing equipment used for work, which may also be used for personal purposes; * Flexible benefits (TotalPass, life insurance, private pension, medical and dental assistance, food allowance).
