Will also monitor service level indicators (SLA, TMA, FCR, NPS, etc.), as well as develop and implement solutions to enhance customer relationship processes and procedures. Other responsibilities include: * Leading the Customer Service team, promoting continuous training and professional development. * Implementing improvements in customer service and post\-sales processes. * Collaborating with departments such as Logistics, Commercial, Sales, and Finance. * Ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards in customer service. * Developing reports and analyses to support decision\-making. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA in Customer Experience Management, People Management, or related areas is desirable. Previous experience leading customer service teams.
