Manages suppliers, conducts commercial negotiations, performs market analysis, and generates cost-saving reports.
Serves as the interface with warehouse, requesting departments, and finance, ensuring alignment, correct documentation, and process efficiency.**Responsibilities**

**Procurement Process**
* Requisition Analysis: Validate internal purchase requests, ensuring technical specifications are clear.
* Quotations: Conduct tendering processes (per internal procurement policy) for production materials, office supplies, or recurring services.
* Purchase Order Issuance: Formalize purchases through the system (ERP), monitoring approval within the financial workflow.
**Supplier Management**
* Monitoring: Perform daily delivery tracking to prevent stockouts or project delays.
* Identify new market options to enhance competitiveness.
* Serve on the front line in cases of returns, damages, or invoice discrepancies.
**Strategic and Financial Support**
* Base Price Negotiation: Negotiate payment terms, freight, and discounts for low- to medium-volume purchases.
* Market Analysis: Monitor price fluctuations of key raw materials to anticipate purchasing needs.
* Cost-Saving Reports: Measure and report savings achieved between the initial quotation and final agreed value.
**Internal Interface**
* Alignment with Warehouse and Requesting Departments: Ensure physical proof matches purchased items.
* Support to Finance Team: Ensure all documentation (purchase orders and invoices) is accurate to avoid errors in invoice processing.
**Minimum Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields;
Experience in Procurement and negotiation techniques;
Knowledge of SAP system;
Intermediate English.
