Inventory control and KPI monitoring A healthcare industry company is seeking a Buyer in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Planning and executing demand-driven, consumption-history-based, and seasonally adjusted procurement strategies is essential. It is important to evaluate and negotiate with key suppliers to ensure quality, on-time delivery, economic viability, and delivery reliability. Critical supplies and sensitive raw materials inventory levels must be controlled to guarantee continuous production supply. In addition, key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, stockouts, delivery lead times, and cost savings must be monitored and evaluated. Purchase orders must be prepared carefully, tracking the entire operational flow until receipt while resolving any logistical or administrative issues. Supplier registration and documentation must strictly comply with regulatory standards and sector-specific sanitary requirements. Finally, active participation in internal and external audits is critical, providing complete traceability evidence and reports.
