




Job Summary: This professional will assist in operational HR management, including resolving discrepancies, managing timekeeping, vacations, and overtime, as well as providing advisory support. Key Highlights: 1. Management and control of timekeeping discrepancies, medical certificates, and overtime hours 2. Advisory support to employees and supervisors on HR procedures 3. Organization and distribution of uniforms, and onboarding assistance for new employees Description: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable. * Resolve timekeeping discrepancies for Operations employees and manage medical certificates/doctor's notes, vacations, administration and allocation of overtime hours, and time bank management. * Grant system access permissions and manage day-offs. * Provide advisory support to all operational employees and their supervisors to clarify doubts and expedite internal HR procedures. * Distribute, replenish, and organize uniforms for area employees, placing purchase orders when necessary. * Support new Operations employees during onboarding, including brief department introductions, uniform distribution, and requesting necessary PPE for job execution. * Issue material requisitions and purchase requests. * Maintain spreadsheet records and generate departmental reports. 2512100202181797432
