Technical Support Assistant – Electronics/Electrical

**Job Description:** We are seeking a professional to work in the **technical support** area, providing assistance to customers and partners regarding installation, configuration, and operation of our electronics and technology products. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support (remote and on-site when necessary); * Assist customers and integrators with installation and configuration processes; * Perform equipment testing and diagnostics; * Support the development and quality teams with technical feedback on products; * Prepare technical reports on support interactions and incidents. **Requirements:** * Technical education or practical knowledge in **electronics or electrical engineering**; * Ability to interpret manuals, electrical schematics, and diagrams; * Customer service experience is a plus; * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of home automation and/or computer networking; * Prior experience in technical support or field service. **Work Location:** Central region of São Paulo, near São Bento metro station. Working Hours: Mon to Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sat from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
