Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards The construction company is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Lead and manage work teams on the construction site, delegating tasks and motivating team members. Plan and organize daily activities, schedules, and resources for the construction site. Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and plans. Guide and supervise construction techniques and proper application of materials. Ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Identify and resolve issues arising during construction progress. Ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and implementation of accident prevention practices. Serve as the primary communication link among workers, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
