Your mission will be to transform our teams’ digital journey through process optimization and strategic use of technology. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * **Workday Strategy & Evolution:** Lead the strategic administration of the Workday platform at the regional level (LATAM), fully leveraging the system’s capabilities to support, automate, and evolve our HR processes. * **Operational Excellence (Hire to Retire):** Map, optimize, and implement continuous improvements to HR process flows across the full talent lifecycle (from hiring to separation). * **Data-Driven Approach (HR Analytics):** Analyze metrics, data, and indicators extracted from the Workday ecosystem to identify optimization opportunities and inform leadership decisions. * **Digital Transformation & Experience:** Lead the implementation of technological innovations by collaborating directly with multidisciplinary HR, IT, and Business teams. **What are the requirements?** * **Workday Specialization (Mandatory):** Practical expertise and deep technical proficiency in administering the Workday ecosystem, including experience with: + **HCM Core** + **Business Process Configuration (BP)** + **Security Management (Security Groups & Permissions)** + **Report & Dashboard Development (Reports)** * **HR Lifecycle:** End-to-end mastery of the *Hire to Retire* lifecycle (Attraction, Onboarding, Internal Mobility, Separation). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed. * **Analysis and Metrics:** Analytical capability to interpret HR data and execute continuous improvement projects focused on *Employee Experience*. * **Languages:** + English: **Advanced or Fluent** (Mandatory) + Spanish: **Intermediate to Advanced.** **What are the differentiators?** * **Additional Workday Modules:** **Practical knowledge of the following subsystems:** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- + *Time Off & Absence* (Vacations and Leaves) + *Benefits* (Benefits) + *Learning* (Learning) + *Base / Advanced Compensation* (Compensation) + *Recruiting & Workforce Planning* (Recruiting and Planning) * **Innovation & Automation:** Familiarity with **Agentic AI**, HR process automation, and integrations with other ecosystems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.). \#LI\-VB1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
