This person will be responsible for creating awareness content (SEO, social media, brand storytelling), producing **on-camera videos** for social platforms, and actively bridging the brand with its community—expanding reach, authority, and connection. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Content \& SEO** * Produce SEO-optimized articles, guides, whitepapers, and eBooks. * Research keywords, structure editorial calendars, and apply best SEO practices. * Update and improve existing content with a focus on organic traffic. **Social Media \& Video** * Create scripts, posts, threads, and social media content focused on authority building. * **Appear on camera** to record videos (reels, shorts, quick interviews, explanatory clips). * Propose and execute formats that increase engagement, reach, and retention. * Serve as the “face” and voice for part of the brand’s content, maintaining alignment with brand positioning. **Community Management** * Stimulate conversations on social platforms, respond to interactions, and strengthen audience relationships. * Monitor cultural movements and trends to transform them into relevant content. * Moderate interactions, collect feedback, and bring insights to the team. **Editorial Production** * Build clear and consistent narratives for blogs, social media, videos, and rich media assets. * Translate complex topics into accessible and engaging content. * Use AI tools for research, ideation, and content variation. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience with SEO and production of authoritative content (articles, whitepapers, eBooks). * Experience with social media, especially video content. * **Comfort and confidence on camera.** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience with online communities, digital brands, branding, or education (preferred). * Proficiency in awareness narratives and brand positioning. * Ability to explain complex topics with simplicity and clarity. * Familiarity with AI tools and SEO tools. **Technical Competencies:** * SEO and organic content * Social media (planning and execution) * Video recording and on-camera presence * Scriptwriting * Production of articles, whitepapers, and eBooks * Storytelling * Community management * AI tools **Behavioral Competencies:** * Clear and spontaneous communication * Creativity * Proactivity * Organization and discipline * Strong contextual and trend awareness * Empathy and audience connection * Collaboration
