Application of technical knowledge across various types of production **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a Production Manager to operate strategically and operationally in leading campaigns and special projects, ensuring delivery excellence, efficient resource management, and close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and suppliers. We seek a candidate with a broad production perspective, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to lead complex processes from start to finish. Responsibilities: The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all production stages of campaigns, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget adherence. Key responsibilities include: Controlling and managing production budgets and schedules to ensure predictability and organized deliveries. Managing all project touchpoints, maintaining clear communication flows among creative teams, account management, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Applying solid technical knowledge across different production types, understanding formats, specifications, and delivery requirements. Taking a cross-functional view of the entire campaign, anticipating risks and needs at each stage. Demonstrating high urgency to handle simultaneous demands and necessary adjustments. Prospecting and identifying new partners and suppliers to expand the agency’s production ecosystem. Requesting, preparing, and analyzing production budgets to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratios. Anticipating and resolving issues throughout the process to avoid significant impacts on schedule or quality. Producing complex campaigns and leading special projects with multiple deliverables and multidisciplinary teams. Delegating tasks, providing guidance, and shaping the team to ensure technical development and strong team performance. Maintaining close relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring clear communication, a consultative approach, and continuous alignment of expectations. Training and mentoring interns and assistants to foster continuous growth of the production team. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Solid experience as a Producer or Production Manager in an agency, production house, or related environment. Technical proficiency across various production types (audiovisual, digital, print, special content). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills, assertive communication, and strategic vision.
