We seek a Senior Media Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and excellent organizational skills to execute and manage multichannel media plans. This role targets professionals experienced in media planning, negotiation, and placement monitoring across various channels—including TV, radio, digital, and OOH—to ensure optimal investment application and rigorous documentation management for campaigns. We seek candidates with prior agency experience and the ability to handle tight deadlines, multiple media platforms, and concurrent demands. The professional will directly operate public and private accounts, contributing to campaign technical efficiency and overseeing processes involving accountability reporting and audits. Key Responsibilities \- Develop detailed media plans covering TV, radio, digital, and OOH channels; \- Ensure alignment among media strategy, budget, and communication objectives; \- Monitor campaign execution and optimize results as needed; \- Serve as direct liaison with media outlets; \- Negotiate rates, media bonuses, discounts, and strategic placements; \- Secure the best commercial terms for clients; \- Organize PIs (Insertion Orders) and placement authorizations; \- Conduct media checking and monitor proof-of-placement documentation; \- Ensure proper documentation for audits and accountability reporting; \- Support the development of media plans and technical proposals for tender processes; \- Contribute data and analyses for government bidding strategies. Requirements Prior experience in advertising or media agencies; Proficiency in media planning and buying; Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous tasks. Desirable Experience with public-sector accounts (Municipalities, State Governments, or Federal Agencies); Familiarity with public procurement processes and advertising accountability reporting; Experience with offline media (TV, radio, and OOH).
