Apply and safeguard the visual identity across all materials and channels. **Job Description \| Design Specialist** ----------------------------------------------- We are looking for a **Design Specialist** to join the Marketing team at **RS Serviços**, directly contributing to the evolution and consolidation of the brand’s visual identity. The **Design Specialist** will be responsible for ensuring the consistency, evolution, and strategic application of the company’s visual identity, working on institutional, commercial, and corporate communication materials. This professional will play a key role in building and strengthening the company’s image among clients, partners, and employees—translating diverse departmental needs into clear, strategic, and brand-aligned visual solutions. They will collaborate closely with the **Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Human Resources** teams, supporting visual communication standardization and continuous advancement of the organization’s institutional design. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Apply and safeguard RS Serviços’ visual identity across all materials and channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with the brand positioning. * Develop 360° campaigns, premium materials for executive audiences (C\-level), event visual identities, and strategic presentations. * Execute and adapt layouts, graphic assets, and support materials according to concepts defined by the Communications team. * Handle high-level creative requests, proposing strategic, innovative, and distinctive visual solutions. * Produce recurring assets—including marketing e\-mails, internal graphics, social media content, and institutional visual communications—ensuring quality and standardization. * Research design trends, references, and emerging approaches, suggesting continuous improvements and innovations applicable to the RS brand. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields**. * Proven experience in **graphic design and visual communication**, preferably within corporate environments. * Experience producing **institutional materials, executive presentations, and sales support materials**. * Strong aesthetic sense, strategic vision, and attention to detail. * Ability to translate **complex information into clear, professional visual communication**. * Organizational skills, priority management, and ability to handle multiple concurrent requests. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across various departments. **Required Tools:** * **Adobe Creative Suite:** Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. * **Bonus:** After Effects and Premiere Pro for basic animations and audiovisual content. * Complementary tools: **Canva, CorelDRAW**. * Collaboration tools: **Trello, Google Drive**. * Bonus: experience with **AI tools applied to design**. **What We Expect From You:** * Commitment to **delivery quality and excellence**. * A **strategic, creative, and analytical** mindset. * Proactivity in proposing **visual solutions and communication improvements**. * Ability to transform feedback into **continuous improvement of materials and design processes**. * Ongoing interest in tracking **design trends and innovation**. **Join the Blue Team!** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Manicure * Transportation Allowance * TotalPass * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance
