Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Content Production Coordinator to structure and oversee the agency’s audiovisual production, supporting operations from studio setup to execution. We are establishing an internal content production core, primarily dedicated to performance videos, creative ads, and social media content. We seek a Content Production Coordinator with a creative, organized, and hands-on profile, responsible for structuring and coordinating the agency’s audiovisual production—supporting everything from studio creation and set design to recording organization and production execution alongside the marketing and social media teams. Requirements: Prior experience in audiovisual production, photography, or filmmaking; Experience producing social media content, especially short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts); Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, set design, and recording dynamics; Organized profile with ability to coordinate productions and manage multiple tasks; Ease working with creative and marketing teams; Proactive, hands-on attitude, willing to actively participate in productions. Desirable: Prior experience producing creatives for ads and performance campaigns; Experience in marketing agencies or digital content production houses; Knowledge of video editing or post-production tools; Experience setting up studios or recording setups for digital content; Familiarity with production workflows for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
