It is experiencing strong growth, which will consequently create career opportunities for high-performing professionals. **Human Resources Analyst – Recruitment & Selection** **Responsibilities** Screen resumes according to job requirements; Schedule interviews with candidates and managers; Support the conduct of initial interviews (by phone or video); Update and manage recruitment spreadsheets and systems; Support job posting across internal and external channels; Assist in organizing selection processes in partnership with analysts and managers; Monitor departmental metrics and support the preparation of basic reports. **Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational ability and agility; Prior experience in recruitment and selection is desirable.
