It is distributed across three administrative districts: Vila Maria, Vila Guilherme, and Vila Medeiros, and falls under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Health Secretariat’s North Regional Health Coordination (Secretaria de Saúde do Município de São Paulo). Since February 1, 2008, it has been managed by OSS\-SPDM, Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina, under a Management Agreement signed with the Municipal Health Secretariat of São Paulo (SMS\-NTCSS).
