Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to work at our Distribution Center, ensuring speed, quality, and organization in product delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Verify and pick products according to picking orders. 2. Package and label products for shipment. 3. Receive, register, and store products in the system. We are looking for a **Warehouse Assistant** to join our Distribution Center (DC\-SP). This role is essential to ensure our products reach customers and partners swiftly, with quality and organization. If you identify with this opportunity, apply below: **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Verify the existence of picking orders at designated locations for fulfilling customer orders or internal transfers. * Pick the correct quantity of products from assigned locations, as indicated on the picking order (PO). * Understand and follow procedures for registering POs in the system. * Arrange for the transfer of picked products to the verification area. * Pack products into specified shipping boxes. * Label products or packaging as required. * Physically receive and enter into the system products received from production — whether individual items or sealed boxes. * Store received products at system-assigned locations, scanning barcodes when necessary. * Verify picked orders against the system prior to packing for shipment. * Report any irregularities detected to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with Coats’ safety, health, environmental, and quality guidelines, as well as role-specific requirements. * Maintain equipment in good working condition. * Keep the workplace clean and organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in production is a plus. **Additional Information** * Location: 100% on-site in Ipiranga neighborhood/SP. * Performance-based bonus. * On-site meals. * Transportation voucher. * Totalpass. * Private pension plan. * Life insurance. * Childcare allowance. * Meal voucher.
