Conduct JHAs Prepare and review JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses) with team and client. Identify specific risks (electrical, mechanical, height, railway, etc.). Record engineering controls, PPE, and control measures. Update JHAs when changes occur in the environment, team, or activity. Document evidence: signatures, photos, checklists. Toolbox meetings and team safety meetings Conduct daily toolbox meetings with operations and maintenance. Participate in safety meetings with the client (daily, weekly, or monthly). Safety documentation control Maintain organized and up-to-date: Work Permits (WP) Service Orders (SO) Training certificates: NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-35, NR\-33 ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) Records of JHAs and toolbox meetings Physical and digital folders for internal and external audits PPE management Issue, track, and update PPE records. Register deliveries, replacements, returns, and losses. Verify validity, CA (Certificate of Approval), and usage conditions. Manage inventory and restocking deadlines. Train teams on correct use, hygiene, and maintenance. Field inspections Perform frequent inspections to identify deviations. Monitor critical activities (live electrical work, working at height, confined spaces, load handling). Issue reports with photos, non-conformities, and recommendations. Client communication Report incidents, near misses, and non-conformities. Act on action plans and continuous improvements. Ensure all client safety requirements are met. **Qualifications** Technical degree in Occupational Safety with professional registration at MTE Valid driver's license category B
