




**Education:** High School - Completed **PCD:** No **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits:** Transportation voucher **Description:** 3D PRIME - Technical Support Attendant **Job Type:** 100% On-site (CLT) **Location:** Fundação, São Caetano do Sul - SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Academic Qualification:** Completed high school **Requirements:** Proficiency with CRM tools; Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service; Experience in technical support; Basic knowledge of 3D printing (FDM and/or resin). **Preferred Qualifications:** Technical course in related fields; Experience operating 3D printers (as a hobby or professionally); Knowledge of slicer software such as Bambu Studio, Creality Print, and Orca Slicer; Basic understanding of printer maintenance. **Responsibilities:** Provide level 1 technical support to customers (in-person, phone, and WhatsApp); Perform ticket triage and guide customers in resolving common questions and issues; Assist in the setup and calibration of 3D printers; Receive 3D printers and equipment sent for maintenance; Test and validate filaments, resins, and materials; Support warranty processes, technical exchanges, and referrals to advanced support; Log service tickets and monitor resolution progress. **Salary:** R$ 2,000.00 + Benefits: Transportation Voucher, Basic Food Basket, Discounts on company products, Internal training on 3D printing, Collaborative environment and growth opportunities 2511030202241725725
