Description: Technical Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Product Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or Production Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field is desirable. * Proficiency in CAD/3D tools (SolidWorks, NX, Inventor, AutoCAD). * Experience with plastic injection molding, painting, metallization, assembly and packaging. * Knowledge of rapid prototyping (3D printing, CNC). * Knowledge of specialized prototyping (Looks Like / Works Like). * Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban). * Knowledge of industrial costs and value engineering. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 applications. * Experience working in manufacturing environments or with external suppliers (Brazil and Asia). * English proficiency for technical communication (reading and communication with suppliers in Brazil and China) is desirable. * Vehicle available for transportation. Main Responsibilities * Develop new products according to commercial, creative and technical briefings. * Create and review 3D models (CAD), technical drawings and physical/virtual prototypes. * Approve mold and tooling design projects. * Specify plastic, metal, electronic and textile materials according to application requirements. * Participate in validation tests, certifications and laboratory testing. * Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and monitor engineering costs. * Coordinate projects with national and international suppliers and manufacturers. * Implement continuous improvements in product design, assembly and performance. * Ensure complete technical documentation (technical specifications, product manuals, production instructions and other necessary specifications). * Negotiate and manage tooling vendors during mold and tooling fabrication. * Support INMETRO / ANATEL / other certification and homologation processes when applicable. 2511010202241843986
