Responsibilities: Provide technical support to field teams. Manage inventory of spare parts required for addressing train failures. Ensure customer assistance during vehicle reception, coupling, commissioning tests, and warranty periods, aiming for customer satisfaction and achievement of departmental goals. Monitor and assist in commissioning, acceptance, and warranty tests, identifying and correcting any issues. Identify defects and malfunctions during train operations, analyzing electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and braking diagrams and drawings to determine component replacement needs. Perform coupling of train cars to form complete trains. Present test results to customers or inspectors. Ensure site safety during testing activities. Troubleshoot and resolve train failures. Conduct traction and braking tests. Carry out activities to make trains operational. **Qualifications** High School Diploma Courses in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
