Job Summary:
The Media Supervisor leads teams and develops comprehensive ON and OFF media strategies, managing client and media outlet relationships to ensure campaign success.

The Media Supervisor plays a strategic role in guiding the media department’s activities. This professional is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive ON and OFF media strategies, leading teams, managing client and media outlet relationships, and contributing to the success of advertising campaigns.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Drive media strategies aligned with organizational and campaign objectives;
Conduct market research to identify relevant opportunities and trends;
Oversee the development of media plans, considering objectives, target audience, and available budget;
Ensure efficient resource allocation, optimizing media investments;
Manage strategic negotiations with media vendors to secure advantageous terms;
Oversee the efficient execution of advertising space purchases across multiple channels;
Perform in-depth analyses to evaluate campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities;
Develop strategic insights to guide future media strategies;
Create detailed executive reports that effectively communicate campaign results and impact;
Present media analyses and recommendations in executive and strategic meetings;
Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure alignment between media strategies and advertising messages;
Contribute to the development of integrated media and creative strategies;
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with media vendors and partners;
Collaborate on negotiating strategic agreements that benefit campaigns and the company.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Tactical media planning (scheduling, RFP requests, Excel-based planning);
Proficiency with paid media tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.);
Familiarity with Comscore and VBS platforms;
Knowledge of Kantar systems (TGI, Monitor);
Experience with TV buying (Globo Ads, SBT MMA, Record emidia);
Experience with Adstream for TV commercial submissions;
TV simulation using Instar;
Ability to build TV schedules;
Deep understanding of all client processes and consistent attention to reporting, study, and evaluation deadlines;
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or Statistics;
Strong communication, organization, deadline negotiation, sense of urgency, teamwork, empathy, commitment, and leadership skills.
