This role is responsible for defining priorities, success metrics, and ensuring models are delivered and operated in production with **quality, performance, and governance**, while also developing the team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate AI/ML initiatives from conception through production operations * Translate business objectives into well-defined AI/ML problems, with clear success metrics * Define priorities, roadmaps, and delivery criteria jointly with Product and Business stakeholders * Ensure technical quality of solutions (modeling, validation, performance, and interpretability) * Oversee model deployment into production—including versioning, monitoring, and governance * Establish best practices for AI/ML development, documentation, and experimentation * Mitigate risks related to bias, explainability, and responsible AI usage * Lead, guide, and mentor data analysts and interns, promoting the team’s technical growth * Monitor model performance indicators and business impact **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Technical** * Solid experience in **Machine Learning** * Proficiency in **Python** and ML libraries (scikit-learn, deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow) * Practical knowledge of the **production model lifecycle (MLOps)** * Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, and retraining * Familiarity with cloud environments and inference APIs ### **Leadership and Business** * Prior experience in **technical leadership or team coordination** * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience defining metrics, prioritizing work, and tracking deliveries * Mentorship-oriented profile, with interest in developing early-career professionals ### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with AI governance, explainable models, or regulation * Hands-on experience with digital products using AI in production * Knowledge of version control tools and automated pipelines Have you ever considered working in a dynamic environment that encourages autonomy?
