




Responsible for customer service in the FLV (fruits, vegetables, and greens) department, stocking the store's fruit, vegetable, and greens counters, as well as ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the department—thereby contributing to food quality and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide direct customer service, including cutting, weighing, and delivering merchandise, in compliance with company procedures; * Stock merchandise in the sales area, strictly adhering to the company’s operational quality standards and ensuring the full product range (variety) is available to customers; * Remove merchandise from the sales area that exhibits substandard presentation or products whose expiration dates fall outside established standards, following company procedures for exchanges and disposal; * Ensure all items are clearly and accurately priced in the sales area, consistently facilitating customer understanding; * Perform maintenance/cleaning of departmental tools and equipment according to health surveillance requirements, as well as cleaning the sales and storage areas, keeping them clean and organized; * Monitor and record temperatures of refrigerated and frozen display cases, following the company’s established procedure; * Assist in receiving departmental merchandise as needed, complying with merchandise receipt and storage regulations; * Prepare the department for store opening and closing—including restocking, pricing, product display, and storage—to ensure high-quality presentation while maintaining compliance with all standards and procedures; Clean the FLV food handling area according to the department’s designated cleaning standard; Adhere to operational cutting standards and good hygiene and food handling practices; Handle and display merchandise in the sales area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in the food retail sector (wholesale, hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.) is considered a plus; **Additional Information** **Work Location:** 100% on-site position **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Multi-Benefits Card * Commuter Pass * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Discounts at Educational Institutions for undergraduate, graduate, and extension courses * Roldão Mais: Employees receive discounts at Roldão Atacadista stores, paying wholesale prices * Maternity Kit * Corporate University – Roldão Academy: Participation in training programs, with customized learning paths for each employee.
