The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, results-oriented, and capable of clearly communicating findings and results to diverse audiences. **Responsibilities** * Support collection, processing, and analysis of large volumes of structured and unstructured data. * Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders across various departments. * Support decision-making through descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses. * Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines. * Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams. * Ensure quality and integrity of data used in analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in: Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced SQL for data manipulation and extraction from relational databases. * Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). * Python programming for data analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, etc.). * Solid knowledge of descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and metrics. * Experience with data modeling and transformation (ETL). * Proficiency in Excel. **Desirable Requirements:** * Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.). * Basic knowledge of machine learning (classification, regression, clustering). * Familiarity with tools and technologies for large-scale data processing (Big Data). * Experience with APIs and automation of data collection. * Participation in Data Governance or Data Quality projects. * Experience and/or knowledge in the diagnostic medicine segment. * English (for technical reading). **Additional Information** **Additional Information**: Work location: Pinheiros Adm or Delboni Itaim Office – R.
