Econ Construtora is a civil construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. With a qualified team, it consistently pursues excellence in service delivery. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for internal telephone support to customers (post-construction). Tracking receipt of service request demands via system. Analyzing all customer repair requests (validity and invalidity) considering warranty periods as specified in the owner's manual. Contacting customers by telephone to inform denial when the requested repair item falls outside the warranty period. Scheduling technical visits according to the field team’s calendar. Updating the system with progress status of ongoing repairs. Digitizing and organizing documents. Uploading documents into the system. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Coordinator, Technical Support Consultant, or Technical Support Supervisor may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
