We are committed to turning dreams into reality, setting new standards of excellence in the civil construction market. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Expand and strengthen relationships with broker and real estate agency partners; * Conduct product training meetings for partner brokers; * Keep commercial partners updated with pricing tables and marketing materials; * Carry out weekly visits to partner real estate agencies; * Attend to and follow up on commercial interactions with clients and commercial partners; * Monitor and manage sales processes, verify documentation, prepare contracts, and track payments; * Use the sales CRM to record sales; * Use the CRM for lead handling and management; * Conduct market studies and research; * Support management with departmental requests; * Participate in commercial events and relationship-building activities with clients and partners. **Requirements and Skills** * Dynamism, commercial agility, and affability are essential; * Enjoy interacting with and serving the general public; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Initiative, proactivity, and organizational ability; * Experience in the commercial field, preferably in real estate; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; solid Excel skills are mandatory; * Familiarity with and ease using online systems and platforms; * Basic understanding of real estate sales and leasing contracts; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Appropriate appearance for formal social settings.
