We are seeking a **Senior Export Analyst** to join our **Trading** team in **São Paulo**. **Responsibilities and duties** **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Receiving, analyzing, and processing English-language shipping nominations, ensuring compliance with contracts; * Nominating counterparties in accordance with established contractual terms; * Receiving, analyzing, and validating shipping instructions, identifying potential deviations and proposing solutions; * Identifying circles and proposing DBPs, where applicable; * Monitoring and managing claims, damages, weight discrepancies, and/or quality issues, coordinating with internal departments and external partners; * Providing customer support to domestic and international clients via phone and e-mail; * Entering and maintaining up-to-date export information in company systems; * Conducting daily coordination with involved internal areas (commercial, logistics, operations, quality) and service providers. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience coordinating containerized shipments, preferably of sugar; * Experience managing bulk export shipments and export routines, preferably in sugar operations; * In-depth knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data analysis, tables, formulas).
